Why citrus-tasting?

Naxos is more than just a beautiful island. It is a gastronomic heaven for all the pilgrims of tradition and exquisite flavors. Citrus is most definitely among them. From our experience every traveler after tasting citrus liquor starts asking: “How is it produced? Why it has different colors?” Even... “What is citrus?”

This is why in our Kitron distillery we came up with an experience that leaves no question unanswered. We created a path, where every visitor will get to know the history of this unique liquor. The starting point is our fields full of citrus trees where he can smell and touch the fruits, goes through our distillery and ends up in our yard, where he can let loose between the tastes of all of our local liquors and wines, as well as a wide variety of local palates.

We count 106 years of tradition and experience and we are known to our associates for our quality and consistency. We are the 4th generation of producers!
